Learning Intentions
1.1: Define the core concepts of standardized procedures, ethical practices, and the Test Administration Manual (TAM).
1.2: Identify the key roles and responsibilities of the LEA Assessment Director, Test Administrator, and Proctor.
1.3: Understand the core principle of standardization in test administration.
1.4: Recognize the rules and educator responsibilities associated with the Parental Exclusion Provision.
1.5: Recognize the Test Administration Manual (TAM) as the mandatory, official guide for all testing procedures.
Success Criteria
By the end of this module, the learner will be able to:

1.1: Differentiate between "Ethical Practices" (moral obligation) and "Standardized Procedures" (consistency) as defined in the policy.
1.2: Describe the primary responsibilities for each testing role (Director, Administrator, Proctor).
1.3: Explain why fairness and consistency require that all students follow the same procedures (unless a documented accommodation exists).
1.4: Identify correct and incorrect procedures related to parental exclusion scenarios.
1.5: Identify the administrator's key responsibilities regarding the TAM, including familiarization and reading the scripts verbatim.
