In this course for Utah State Board of Education employees and contractors, you'll learn about data privacy law, data privacy principles, and data privacy best practices. You'll also learn about contracts, data sharing agreements, and data privacy agreements along with the importance of disclosure avoidance. At the end of the course you will have the opportunity to download a certificate of completion.
