Full course description
The course is based on the National Standards for Interpreters. As a candidate you have provided an application showing the languages that you speak. Pride in the number of languages that Utahans speak is a value for all of us. Thank you for your willingness to share your skill to benefit our students and their families.
Every Local Education Agency (Districts and Charters) MUST have a Language Access Policy to ensure that all families are engaged in their children's education by state law (HB302). We are proud of this state law and value its potential impact on our Utah students' academic success.
